Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of nudesexchange.com (the "Site") and the nudes exchange chat room it links to (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by LewdChat ("we", "us", "our"). By using any part of the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Adults only · Consent enforced · Moderators decide
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. The Service is sexually explicit and for adults only. By using it you represent that you are of legal age and are not accessing it from any jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited. Anyone found to be under 18 is removed and, where the law requires it, reported.
Section 2No account, still accountable
The room does not require registration. That does not relieve you of responsibility for what you post. Every connection is logged (see the privacy policy) and we may block IP addresses, networks, VPN providers, user agents or entire countries as we see fit.
Also binding
The room rules and the LewdChat Terms of Service apply alongside these Terms. Where they differ, the stricter provision controls.
Conduct
You agree not to post, transmit, link to, request or solicit any of the following through the Service:
- Any sexual content depicting or referencing a person under 18. Zero tolerance. Violators are reported.
- Images or clips of any person other than yourself without that person's consent, including partners, exes and anyone else. Share what's yours to share.
- Non-consensual content of any kind: revenge material, leaked sets, hidden camera material, deepfakes of real people.
- Content that is otherwise illegal under applicable law, including harassment, blackmail, stalking or threats.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, snuff, or other content prohibited by law.
- Doxxing, personal information about other users, or attempts to identify pseudonymous users.
- Selling or advertising content or services, referral links, or handles for outside platforms.
- Links to third-party image hosts, file lockers, malware, phishing or IP-logging links.
- Spam, flooding, impersonation of staff or real people, or evasion of any moderation action.
This list is not exhaustive. We may at our sole discretion treat other conduct as a violation.
Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content and ban, mute, kick, shadow-ban, IP-block or otherwise restrict any user at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, with or without explanation. Bans are final. We are not obligated to warn, reinstate or justify any moderation action. Ban evasion extends the restriction to every nickname, IP address and connection we associate with you.
Section 5Your content
You retain ownership of what you create and post. By posting it to the Service you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify and use that content in connection with operating, moderating, promoting and defending the Service. This licence survives termination of your access. You represent that you have every right and consent needed to post what you post.
Section 6Our content
All text, graphics, code, designs and other material on the Site authored by us is copyright LewdChat. All rights reserved. You may not copy, mirror, scrape or redistribute any part of the Site without our express written permission.
Section 7: third parties
The Site links to external sites and services. We do not endorse or guarantee any of them and are not responsible for anything that happens after you follow an external link.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that any other user is who they say they are, or that anything you share will not be saved, copied or redistributed by another user. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability for any harm arising from your use of the Service.
Section 9Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our operators, officers, affiliates and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, reputation or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.
Section 10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damage, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Section 11: governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of our choosing. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
Section 12: changes and severability
We may update these Terms at any time without individual notice; continued use is acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable it is limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
