Privacy policy
Two things are covered here, and they are collected by two different systems. This website, nudesexchange.com, is a static guide site that collects almost nothing. The nudes exchange chat room it links to is operated by LewdChat and is covered by LewdChat's privacy policy. This page explains both so you are not surprised by either.

What this website collects
There are no accounts, no forms, no comments and no uploads on nudesexchange.com. Nothing you do here creates a record we hold about you personally.
Two third parties see your visit:
Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets its own cookies and collects the usual analytics data: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, referrer. Google processes this under Google's privacy policy. Blocking the script breaks nothing on this site.
Cloudflare. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps standard server logs, including IP address and request details, for security and operations, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
That is the full list. We set no first-party cookies of our own, serve no advertising on this site, and do not sell, rent or share anything about visitors, because we do not hold anything to share.
Links with tracking tags
Buttons that take you to the chat room carry a tag saying the visit came from nudesexchange.com. It tells the room's analytics where traffic comes from. It does not identify you.
What the chat room collects
Once you click through to the room you are on LewdChat's service, and LewdChat's privacy policy is the binding document. The points that matter most for a nudes room, in summary:
Nickname and IP address. The chat servers record the nickname you choose and your IP address on every connection. LewdChat retains both indefinitely. This is the only practical tool for enforcing bans, and in a room built on consent, ban enforcement is the whole point. People who post an ex's photos do not get to come back on a new name.
Deletion requests. Under GDPR, UK GDPR and similar laws you can ask for access to or deletion of your data. For nickname and IP specifically, LewdChat relies on legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), abuse prevention and service security, and declines deletion. Requests go to [email protected].
Uploads and messages. Pictures and clips posted through the uploader, and messages in the room, may be logged server-side for moderation and abuse response, with no fixed retention period. Assume anything you post could be kept.
Other people. Anyone in the room with you can screenshot, save or copy what you share. There is no technical way to stop that on any platform, and no service will tell you when it happens. The safety guide is written on that assumption, and so should you be.
No registration. The room does not ask for an email, phone number, real name or payment details. It does not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18; anyone found to be under 18 is removed.
If your image was posted
Email [email protected] and say so in the subject line. A person reads it and it jumps the queue. For images that have spread further, see how to get nudes taken down.
Changes and contact
